A tribute to the great poet Tom Waits, through his songs.  Concept: approach well known singers (all different genres) in the Wakatipu area and assign them a Tom Waits song and see what their take is.  They must perform the song as the character telling the story in the song (Tom always writes from the point of view of a character)
