Jazzicology is the Queenstown-based jazz collaboration between Mark Rendall Wilson, well-known local jazz pianist, and UK jazz vocalist Nance Wilson, now resident in Queenstown. Jazzicology’s wide repertoire includes American  and British jazz ‘standards’ – all with our own unique interpretations - and contemporary songs for jazz-literate audiences.

These guys are knocking it out of the park - with a stellar line-up of Keys (Marijn Wouters), Drums (Chaz McLoed), Sax (Alex Yevstifeev/Nigel Hirst) Bass & Guitars (Michael Eden, Alex Pyle & Cliff Leatherbarrow). Their fusion mix of funk and be-bop rock it.  Don't miss this.

This exciting newly formed group is exploring the music of Snarky Puppy, with funk grooves, jazz riffs and room for improvisational soloing along with some music from John Coltrane, Freddie Hubbard and Jaco Pastorious. Expect surprises, dynamics, changes and variations on a theme.
